  • Initial Comprehensive Consultation

    For those beginning in our comprehensive wellness model or our membership model, our team will begin the care process by reviewing your health history, dietary habits and patterns, past labs, stress, sleep patterns, and exercise habits to deeply understand your unique wellness needs.

  • Personalized Treatment Plan

    From the initial consultation, we craft a custom care plan targeting the root of your imbalances by incorporating functional nutrition, supplements, functional testing, movement, mind-body modalities, and lifestyle interventions for a holistic approach.

  • Education and Empowerment

    Our dietitians and coaches provide knowledge and accountability, teaching you about food's impact, practical tips for chronic conditions, and sustainable lifestyle skills.

  • Collaboration and Support

    1:1 INSURANCE VISITS

    We are in network with BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, and United. We provide a courtesy eligibility and benefit check to verify benefits for our services. Coverage varies from plan to plan and will be determined prior to your first visit.

    -1:1 60 minute visits with dietitian for number of allowed sessions based upon individual insurance coverage
