Pumpkin Pie Energy Bites
Ingredients:
½ cup canned pumpkin
1 ½ cups oats
½ cup flax seed
½ cup almonds
¼ cup honey
¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
¼ cup dark chocolate chips
Directions:
In a food processor combine all ingredients until a paste is formed
Use an ice cream scooper to form balls and place on parchment paper to be refrigerated for 2-3 hours.
